From Enniscorthy, he worked for many years with men and women of varying abilities, both in Enniscorthy and Cashel Co. Tipperary.
He joined the Hospitaller Brothers of Saint John of God in 1993 and lived in many of the Brothers Communities including Bray, Stillorgan, Tralee, Drumcar, and Mzuzu Malawi, continuing to work in the Disability Sector.
He began to study for the priesthood and was ordained on the 13th of July 2014 at St. Senan’s Parish Church for the Diocese of Ferns. He was educated at the Christian Brother’s Enniscorthy, Marino Training College, NUI Galway, Saint Mary’s University, Twickenham, and The Beda College Rome.
Following Ordination he was appointed Curate to the Parish of the Annunciation Clonard, by Most Rev. Denis Brennan. DD and as Parish Administrator in 2021.

Fr Lennon was educated in Bunclody primary school and St. Peter’s College Wexford. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1967 after studying in St. Peter’s College, Wexford.
He Ministered in the House of Missions and St. Seanan’s Parish Enniscorthy, Sao Paulo in Brazil, Screen/Curracloe and Clonard Parish.
