At Clonard Holy Family Preschool C.L.G, we are committed to providing an Early Years’ service of the highest standard.

Our aim is to prepare and provide a positive environment for your child, observing the children and continually adapting the environment to support the fulfilment of the child’s greatest potential.

Our service believes on meeting the needs of the child, their interests and extend on their curiosity to develop their social, emotional, linguistic, physical and cognitive skills through a play-based curriculum.

Clonard Holy Family Preschool C.L.G aims to provide quality, accessible and affordable Early Years’ Service to the local community. Above all your child’s welfare and sense of security is of most importance to our service. We provide a warm, loving, home from home environment, where each child is treated with respect, and will develop and learn as an individual while feeling safe and secure.

The purpose of Clonard Holy Family Preschool C.L.G is to provide quality, affordable early learning and care to children aged 2 years 6 months to 6 years in their local community. It is a community run service.

Clonard Holy Family Preschool supports each child to reach their full potential in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Our aim is to prepare the child for the challenges of primary school and the outside world through a quality curriculum. Our core values are responsibility, security, happiness, nurture and respect.

We run a sessional service in accordance with the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016. We operate from the end of August until the second week in July. Our sessions run from 9:15am – 12:15pm and from 1:00pm – 4:00pm Monday – Friday.

All of our policies and procedures are underwritten by the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016.

We offer three schemes to parents to help meet the cost of preschool. All schemes are funded by the State. They are:

• AIM
• NCS
